I. Overview
This product is mainly applied to ensure the rapid deployment of special vehicles such as fire trucks.
When fire trucks and other special vehicles are on duty, it uses commercial power to charge the vehicle
batteries and inflate the air storage tanks, preventing battery discharge and drop in air storage pressure due
to long-term parking, which may hinder quick deployment.
When the vehicle needs to be deployed, the charging plug automatically detaches from the vehicle
when the driver starts the engine. In case of failed automatic detachment, audible and visual alarms will be
activated in the cab to remind the driver to check for faults or detach manually, ensuring rapid emergency
response.
The product performance complies with the requirements of GB7956.1-2014 clauses 5.7.23, 5.8.5,
5.8.6, and 6.7.23.
II. Product Features
1. Excellent Self-Detachment Performance - Adopts mechanical pilot-type self-detachment.
The electromagnetic lock only needs to unlock, and the self-detachment thrust is provided by the
energy-storage spring, delivering 3 times the self-detachment force.

High Protection Level - With an IP65 protection rating, the rear end of the main controller
does not require additional waterproofing during installation.

Compact Installation Size - The installation size of the main controller and charging
inflation box is only 60% of similar products.

Considerate Service - Installers and users can directly scan the QR code on the product to
obtain installation, operation, and maintenance information.

Safe and Reliable - The intelligent charger automatically stops charging in case of a short
circuit in the charging circuit; the silent air pump can operate continuously for a long time.
III. Product Classification and Selection
This product is divided into two categories: one is the automatic disconnection charging device,
and the other is the automatic disconnection charging and inflation device. The charging function is available
in two specifications: 12V and 24V. When the vehicle is equipped with two sets of batteries (generally with
an auxiliary engine), a dual charger can also be selected.
In addition, an automatic retractable wire reel can be optionally configured as needed.
Attention: The automatic pop-up power supply must be connected to the engine ignition switch
at the START position or the engine starter motor switch!
3.Operation
When the vehicle is parked, open the controller cover and insert the disconnection plug. After about 3
seconds, the charging indicator light turns red, indicating that the charging is working normally. When
the battery is fully charged, the indicator light turns green and stays on.
If the indicator light flashes alternately between red and green, it means that the battery is not detected
or not properly connected.
