Following the restructuring of the fire department, there has been a continuous upward trend in the labour costs associated with firefighter personnel. During the processes of deploying and

retrieving firefighting equipment, as well as conducting and concluding operations, our ongoing

technical improvements will focus on three key areas: reducing physical exertion among firefighters, enhancing their safety, and minim ising the time required to deploy and execute operations.

The pneumatic flip ladder frame, the first of its kind in China to utilise a cylinder, offers advantages such as compact size, lightweight design, low cost, high reliability, and ease of logistics.

II. Selection Guide:

6-metre ladder frame: You can choose between a 6-metre manual ladder frame and a 6-metre pneumatic ladder frame.

15-metre ladder frame: You can choose between a 15-metre pneumatic ladder frame (standard model), a 15-metre pneumatic ladder frame (floor-standing model), and a 15-metre pneumatic ladder frame

(side-folding multi-function model).

Ⅲ. Technical Specifications

1. 15-metre pneumatic ladder rack (side-folding multi-functional model), product model: ZS-15M-CF;

2. Ladder rack dimensions ≤ 1760 x 1400 x 850 mm;

3. Folding angle 48。 to 52。, folding down from the vehicle roof ≤ 2.4 metres (extension stroke ≤

2.6 metres);

4. The ladder rack is equipped with three types of switches to control the pneumatic system: an emergency manual switch, a spring-loaded electric push-button switch, and a portable wireless remote control switch, enhancing reliability and improving operational convenience;

5. The main body of the ladder rack is made of aluminium alloy 6061 material, while the base is made of Q235 steel plate, manufactured using a galvanized and powder-coated process, with a total weight ≤340 kilograms.

6. The cylinders and solenoid valves used in the ladder frame are from the well-known domestic brand: AirTAC.

7. No need for personnel to climb onto the roof; the equipment unfolds in 15 to 20 seconds;

8. The ladder frame equipment has a load capacity of ≤150 kilograms;

9. It can overcome side parapet wall heights of 160, 180, 200, 220, and 240 millimetres, with five adjustable sizes.The default parapet height at the factory is 160 mm; please specify if other sizes are required;

10. Option 1: Can accommodate a 15-metre metal ladder, a 6-metre wooden ladder, a single-bar ladder, and a hook ladder simultaneously;

11. Option 2: Can accommodate a 6-metre wooden ladder and an equipment box simultaneously; the equipment box measures 2200 mm in length, 800 mm in width, and 330 mm in height.

(To enhance driving safety, an independent air supply system has been added sep arately. This system is isolated from the braking system via a four-way protection va lve, ensuring that fluctuations in air pressure do not affect the braking system. The  air tank capacity is sufficient for a single round trip of the ladder rack. For cont inuous use, the vehicle must be started before operation.) (The air intake port of th e pneumatic ladder rack connects to the 24 auxiliary air supply on the four-way prote ct ion valve.)
